2. Need to attend and make calls, Back-end data maintain & Handling E-mails (Query / Request / Complaint/ Appreciations) from customers.

3. Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication (English, Hindi and Bengali) with customers.

4. Visit Stakeholder as and when required.

5. Willing to travel outside Kolkata and work during odd hours as per Requirement.
