Job Description

We are a UK-based media publishing house, and we're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our outbound call team in Kochi. Your key role will be to reach out to potential customers in the UK and encourage them to subscribe to our newspapers and magazines.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to UK-based leads to promote and sell publication subscriptions

Explain product benefits clearly and confidently to prospective customers

Handle objections and convert leads into active subscribers

Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM regularly

Meet daily and weekly sales targets

Collaborate with team leads to optimize outreach strategy

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English with a neutral or UK-friendly accent

Comfortable working in outbound voice process and UK time zone

Persuasive communication skills with a sales-driven mindset

Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Freshers welcome; prior outbound calling experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
