The Opportunity: Customer Service Executive - Email Process
We are hiring highly motivated and articulate individuals for a Customer Service Executive role, focusing on our Email support process. You will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries for one of our prestigious clients in the financial services sector, delivering an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and accurately through written communication (email).
Maintain a high standard of written English communication, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and correct grammar in all correspondence.
Adhere to defined process flows and service level agreements (SLAs) for timely customer resolution.
Document customer interactions and transactions meticulously in the designated systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
What We Require:
Education:
Mandatory Graduate in any stream.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a Customer Service role is essential (Voice, Email, or Chat process experience will be highly preferred).
Excellent proficiency in written English communication and comprehension.
Strong customer orientation, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in a challenging and high-energy environment.
Work Structure:
Working Days:
6 days working week.
Shift:
Rotational Shifts (candidates must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts if required).
Week Off:
Rotational Week Off.
