Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for addressing emails of Prominent Insurance customers. These emails will be insurance-related, queries, complaints, policy alterations, payout disputes,etc...

Age

20 - 35

Qualification

Candidates must have great verbal & written skills in English. The person must be a graduate in any stream ( BBI preferred ) or minimum HSC.

Experience

Candidates with prior experience in Insurance email domain will be preferred

Technical Skills

Basic computer skills with typing speed of 30 WPM with 100% accuracy
