Workplace Hygiene monitoring and reporting solution

Seat & Meeting room reservation solutions for Workplaces

Visitor management solutions for Workplaces

Smart Washroom solutions for WorkplacesCandidates with Hospitality Management background are prefered.

Reporting to:

General Manager (Finance &Administration).

5 day week



Required skills:



Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Proven experience ( 3-5 years) in customer relationship management, account management, or a related role for SaaS applications or technology company Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with customer at multiple levels. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools. A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Knowledge of SaaS business models would be an added advantage Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Technical Ability & Aptitude to understand software products
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month
