Job Summary:





We are looking for a

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team by managing client communication, preparing quotations, maintaining reports, and coordinating order processing. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:




Coordinate with clients and the sales team for quotations, proposals, and follow-ups. Manage order processing, invoicing, and documentation. Maintain and update sales reports, trackers, and CRM data. Communicate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, and operations) to ensure timely deliveries. Assist sales managers in preparing presentations and monthly sales reviews. Handle client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:




Graduate in Business/Commerce or related field. 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a sales support role. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
