Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and service-related updates.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when required.
Follow communication scripts and ensure quality customer interactions.
Generate leads and support the sales team (if applicable).
Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to multitask.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
