Job Description

Handling all documentation work related to Fright Forwarding

Handling customer's enquiry for shipment status (cargo tracking),

Respond to general enquiries for all import/export Shipments

Co-ordinating with sales person, customer & Shipping Line

Provide updates to customers on change of vessel schedules and planned cargo

movements

Coordinate with customers for planned and unplanned changes

Promote and support sales

Coordinate with the documentation team for resolution of complex inquiries or out of

scope services and respond to the customer accordingly

Check for special condition requested by the customer

Maintaining Monthly volume data of Import and export in excel sheet on daily basis

Checking invoices handover status with clients/customer

Following up for the shipment tracking

Ensuring Timely, Quick and proactive communication with clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:

Customer service in Freight Forwarding company: 3 years (Preferred) total work in Freight Forwarding company: 3 years (Preferred)
