1. Attend all the incoming customer service calls & call back the missed calls
2. Call back the customers if they had a query that needs to be reverted later
3. Coordinate with other teams as per requirement (like dispatch information, order status, etc.)
4. Check the email inquiries & revert to all emails
Note: Candidates must come to the office daily. The work timings will be 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week.
