We are looking for a witty personality with excellent communication skills with correct delivery of words and products in order to provide top-notch service to our customers.
Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests with empathy and patience.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate travel logistics, such as transportation and activities.
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, reservations, and payments.
Handle customer complaints and issues with a focus on finding effective solutions.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Responsible for addressing any post-sales customer queries.
Ensuring that all travel arrangements are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Be up to date with travel trends, visa requirements, and safety guidelines to provide accurate information.
Must Have:
Ability to learn about a variety of products (travel packages and destinations)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with grace.
