Job Description


Position Title: Customer Services executive Department: Global Circulations Location: Dehradun Scope of Work/Objective The role sits within SAGE\xe2\x80\x99s Global Circulation department and looks after external and internal customers and their online access and platform related issues Obtain and evaluate all relevant information or/and escalate to ensure a swift resolution Prioritise incoming e-mails and work closely with other team members to ensure a quick resolution Job functions and responsibility:

  • Resolving customer queries onto various applications which are raised by customers due to non-access of subscribed online content.
  • Revert back to customers via our ticketing system with resolution and explanation for each query.
  • Prepare daily productivity report of the work done.
  • Work cordially and closely with team in Dehradun & UK.
  • Implementation SAGE Lean principle
  • Support work in the other vertical too (cross functioning) during lean time
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Educated to A\xe2\x80\x99 level standard with business experience, proven work experience and transferable skills relevant to the role.
  • Excellent customer service and administration skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Able to work using own initiative
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential company.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9275,000.00 - 9300,000.00 per year Benefits:
