Role Overview
The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently positive service experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
  • Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer complaints
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely, polite, and professional communication
  • Record and update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex or unresolved issues
  • Adhere to defined communication scripts, service standards, and quality guidelines
  • Meet assigned SLA, productivity, and quality benchmarks

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
Eligibility Criteria
  • Any graduate or final-year student
  • Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
