Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate

Telecaller / Patient Coordinator

for our Vellore branch. Your primary role will be to manage patient communication, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments as per clinic availability. Follow up with existing patients for treatment progress, feedback, and recall visits. Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the clinic system. Address basic patient queries regarding treatments, pricing, and clinic timings. Coordinate with the clinic therapist/doctor regarding daily appointments and patient notes. Assist in patient feedback collection and support clinic marketing initiatives via call updates. Achieve daily calling targets and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

2 years

of experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or patient coordinator (healthcare/wellness background preferred). Excellent communication skills in

Tamil

,

Telegu

and

English

. Pleasant and patient-friendly phone etiquette. Basic computer knowledge and experience with appointment scheduling tools or CRM. Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Local candidates from Vellore or nearby areas preferred.
