Role Summary
We are seeking a
Customer Support Executive (CSE)
to handle client communication, coordinate between internal departments, and ensure smooth order processing and delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills to maintain customer satisfaction and support the sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
customer inquiries
via email and phone professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with
production, dispatch, and sales teams
for order processing and delivery updates.
Maintain accurate
customer records and order details
in the system.
Track and follow up on
pending orders, dispatch status, and payments
.
Prepare and share
MIS reports, order summaries, and client updates
regularly.
Manage
customer feedback, complaints, and queries
to ensure timely resolution.
Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and data management.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure
customer requirements
are met on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in
Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field
.
1-3 years of experience in
customer service or coordination
(manufacturing/textile industry preferred).
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and email communication
.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
Team player with a
customer-centric approach
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
