We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

with 2-5 years of experience in the

automobile industry

, proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers and clients Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or appointments Maintain customer records and follow up as required Collaborate with the sales/service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Resolve queries and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
