Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the app launch process with internal teams
Handle data entry and documentation
Receive and respond to phone calls, emails, and customer queries
Maintain and update app-related data in backend systems
Provide real-time support to users or operations as required
Assist with report generation and data analysis for performance tracking
Requirements:

Proficient in using basic computer tools and internet
