to support our ERP product

, used by clients across the GCC region. The role involves handling customer queries, providing product support, and conducting online demos. Candidates must have

excellent communication skills

and be

willing to work in shifts

.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide customer support via call, email, and WhatsApp. Deliver product demonstrations to clients (GCC region). Troubleshoot basic ERP/technical issues and coordinate with the tech team. Maintain customer tickets and follow-up until resolution. Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely responses.

Requirements:



Excellent communication skills. Experience in customer service/technical support preferred. Ability to understand software products (ERP preferred). Willing to work in rotational shifts. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
