Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via call, email, and WhatsApp.
Deliver product demonstrations to clients (GCC region).
Troubleshoot basic ERP/technical issues and coordinate with the tech team.
Maintain customer tickets and follow-up until resolution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely responses.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in customer service/technical support preferred.
Ability to understand software products (ERP preferred).
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
