Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
oRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
oIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
oHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
oKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
oFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
oProvide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
oCollaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, logistics) to resolve customer issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
oBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
oProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
oStrong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
oExcellent communication and presentation skills.
oAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
oPrior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply for this customer service role.
oExperience in telecom, BPO, and Tele sales industries is a plus.
oFluency in English and Hindi
