Responsibilities:



Contact customers via phone, email, or SMS to collect pending dues Explain payment terms and resolve billing-related queries Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely follow-up Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate department
Lingusitic candidate- Malayalam, Telugu, kannada

Education Qualification:



Any Graduation degree

Experience:

Minimum 6month of call center and fresher can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,156.00 - ₹18,900.00 per month
