We are seeking a

Customer Service Executive (Chat Process)

to assist customers across multiple platforms with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency. This role requires prompt communication, problem-solving skills, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through

Chat, Email, and occasionally Calls

. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders. Work with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of customer orders. Proactively handle issues, complaints, and escalations, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed customer service KPIs (TAT, resolution rate, CSAT, etc.). Track and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements. Assist in creating and updating FAQs, knowledge bases, and internal support materials. Ensure every customer interaction results in a positive brand experience.

Who We Are Looking For



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets. Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail. Empathy, patience, and professionalism while handling customer concerns. Passion for exceptional customer support and brand representation.
