Handling all documentation work related to CFS.
Handling customer's enquiry for shipment status (cargo tracking),
Respond to general enquiries for all import Shipments
Co-ordinating with CFS/CHA & Shipping Line
Provide updates to customers on change of vessel schedules and planned cargo
movements
Coordinate with customers for planned and unplanned changes
Promote and support sales
Coordinate with the documentation team for resolution of complex inquiries or out of
scope services and respond to the customer accordingly
Check for special condition requested by the customer
Maintaining Monthly volume data of Import and export in excel sheet on daily basis
Checking CFS invoices handover status with clients/customer
Following up for the shipment tracking
Preparing DSR and All client Rebate list updated
Ensuring Timely, Quick and proactive communication with clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
Customer service in CFS: 3 years (Preferred)
