We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) & Office Administrator. This dual-role position requires a professional who can effectively manage customer relationships while ensuring seamless administrative operations within the office.

Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Responsibilities:



. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

. Address customer inquiries and provide detailed product information with clarity and professionalism.

. Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and customer retention.

. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and meet customer requirements effectively.

. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.

. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

. Ensure timely product delivery and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction.

. Work towards achieving customer service goals and contribute to overall business success.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:



. Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth office operations.

. Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records for easy accessibility and security.

. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.

. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring effective time management.

Qualifications and Skills:



. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relationship management and/or office administration.

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
