The Customer Service Executive will ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, managing customer interactions efficiently, and supporting day-to-day cafe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and promptly.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe area.
Support inventory management, including stock checks and reporting shortages.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Promote cafe products, offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
Maintain adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service or the food & beverage industry preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of cafe operations is an advantage.
