We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with at least

1 year of experience

in tele calling or customer service. The primary responsibility is to

make outbound and receive inbound calls

, handle customer inquiries, provide information, and maintain call records. The candidate must have

good communication skills in Marathi, English, and Hindi

and should be able to handle calls professionally. Additional tasks include

data entry, maintaining call logs, and coordinating with the team

.

Key Responsibilities:



Making outbound calls to customers and handling inbound queries

Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions

Providing information about products/services and addressing customer concerns

Coordinating with the team for smooth workflow and customer support

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of apps & software
