Job Description


To log on by time & individual code in the respective counter \xc2\xb7 To check the ticket rolls & printers for functionality \xc2\xb7 To enter the ticket roll number in the register \xc2\xb7 To check the log book for previous entries, comments, instructions & notes written by other associates or B.O. supervisor \xc2\xb7 To take printouts of internet bookings & printing the tickets for the same as per supervisors instructions \xc2\xb7 To issue tickets against the net booking printout \xc2\xb7 To check for any block booking from the Marketing Department & accounting for the same \xc2\xb7 To offer seat selection to the patrons as the case may be \xc2\xb7 To issue tickets, collect cash and entering in the computer (number of tickets, price, stall/upper stall) \xc2\xb7 To account for tele-bookings. The tickets are to be collected 45 minutes before the show \xc2\xb7 To account for complementary tickets and offer charges \xc2\xb7 To redeem Home Delivery voucher at the counter \xc2\xb7 To refund money with prior permission from the manager in case of cancellation of any show \xc2\xb7 To make entries if any in the log book at the end of the shift/while shifting the counter \xc2\xb7 To submit day\xe2\x80\x99s collection to Accounts Dept. along with denomination of notes \xc2\xb7 To maintain cleanliness & hygiene In the serving area & shelves \xc2\xb7 To greet the customers well & offer them friendly & satisfying services \xc2\xb7 To guide the customers & provide them with the needed information \xc2\xb7 To check the log book for any comments, instructions & notes mentioned in the previous day/shift \xc2\xb7 To check the freshness of food \xc2\xb7 To replace the food if customer is not satisfied \xc2\xb7 To enter customer complaints & other details in the log book & bring them to supervisor\xe2\x80\x99s notice \xc2\xb7 To display & arrange snacks as per FIFO (First in First Out) method \xc2\xb7 To maintain the GRN (Goods Receipt Note) \xc2\xb7 To take physical count of food (sandwiches & samosas) when the goods come in, and also at the time of opening & closing the counter \xc2\xb7 To record shortages if any & getting them settled from the vendors \xc2\xb7 To get the spoilt/ left over food (sandwiches & samosas) replaced from the vendors in the morning \xc2\xb7 To place an order with the vendors as per requirements \xc2\xb7 To get approvals from the supervisors for every requisition \xc2\xb7 To maintain staff sale & complimentary sale register \xc2\xb7 To maintain sales sheet recording the details of every sale like number of items sold, amount collected, opening & closing balances etc. \xc2\xb7 To maintain the caf\xc3\xa9 inventory register \xc2\xb7 To take float money in the morning & returning in the evening to accounts department2 \xc2\xb7 To tally cash balance at the end of the day/shift \xc2\xb7 Any other activities that the Management may decide from time to time.
