We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support sellers using Alibaba.com. The role includes query handling, product posting support, follow-ups, and ensuring sellers use the platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat for seller queries.
Assist in product posting, listing updates, RFQ responses, and basic dashboard training.
Guide sellers on improving their profiles and increasing visibility.
Resolve basic technical or account-related issues and escalate when required.
Maintain follow-up sheets, daily reports, and coordinate with the sales team.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Customer handling & problem-solving ability.
Basic understanding of e-commerce/B2B platforms (preferred).
Knowledge of MS Office and email drafting.
Qualifications & Work Details:
Graduate (any stream), freshers can apply.
Full-time, work from office (Monday-Saturday).
Salary:
As per company norms + incentives.
