Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Engineer located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing effective sales support and resolving technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include drawing development, assisting sales managers, maintaining strong customer relationships through quality service and support.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Client Satisfaction/ Support to ensure seamless and positive client interactions.
Experience in Tendering/ Logistics in similar industry.
Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities for resolving issues efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in the energy or transmission sector is a plus.
Knowledge and experience of AUTOCAD is a must.
