Job Description

Providing high-quality technical support, perform a wide range of activities on Belimo Control Valves + Actuators + Sensors and Competitor products Analysis including technical market research, technical requirements and competitive analysis, solution implementation, benchmark of products.



What You'll Do



1.Proactive Commissioning and Technical support to major projects involving VAV/EPlV/EV sales done.

2.Contact and call on OEMs, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, architects, utility companies, and owners to achieve annual goals

3.Work with specifying engineers and design-build contractors to help specify the Valves &

Actuators products

4.Engaged in design and creation of technical marketing materials for Sales and Marketing to

positively influence the sales activities

5.Guide and coordinate with Internal Team/OEM/Resellers/Contractors/ System Integrators on replacement process and implementing on the same

6.Product Data Analysis to define improvement actions and implementation.

7.Check Test and Analyse defective return product and prepare fault report and to conclude warranty claim.

8.Share monthly product fault analysis with Team and give pointers to reduce failure from recurring to Internal Team/OEM/Resellers/Contractors/ System Integrators.

9.Extend customer support to gain the confidence from customer.



Who You Are



Educational Requirements: University Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic or Control Engineering. Working Experiences: Min 6 years proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative. Background and/or knowledge in Building Automated Systems. Special Requirements: Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
