1-The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment and devices.


2-Should adhere to various process of organization and follow good document practices in day-to-day activities and maintain customer records.


3-Follow up on service revenue ,renewal of service contracts (AMC,CMC)should be taken care .


4-As we are in healthcare industry the individual should be flexible with timings and working on weekends and holidays on shift basis.


5-Carry out timely and effective preventive maintenance and modification updates.


6-Candidate should possess good communication and customer service skill .
