Job Description

We invest heavily in R&D to create innovative products that are world class in nature. Telekonnectors has offices in all Indian metro cities, New York, London and Manila. Each office is staffed with a sales team and service engineers to provide prompt delivery and service to our customers.

Job description:



1. Headsets installation, Trouble shooting.

2. IP phone installation trouble shooting,

3. Help customer resolve issues in endpoint exclusions

4. IP phone configuration with various server like Astrix, Genesys, 3CX, Cisco Avaya etc

5. Headset setting adjustment in windows, Unix, MAC

6. Headset configuration and tunning in softphones, Video conference software, Teams, Zoom ETC

7. Repair of Headsets, Adaptors

8. Visits for Preventive Maintenance of products at customer sites.

Qualification and skills



1. Diploma or ITI with 2 years of experience

2. Knowledge in windows mandatory, Excel, Linux and Mac (good to have) 3. Knowledge in networking, IP address, protocols

4. Knowledge of electronics components, PCB

5. Knowledge of soldering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
