Job Summary:
The Customer Service & E-commerce Support Officer will manage customer interactions, gather feedback, handle queries, and assist in E-commerce activities to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and gather feedback.
Handle customer queries and grievances professionally to maintain the company's reputation.
Update and maintain customer information in the database accurately.
Keep records of calls and interactions, noting useful information for future reference.
E-commerce Support:
Assist in creating and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Support online campaigns to improve product visibility and engagement.
Help monitor customer reviews and feedback across online channels.
Coordinate with e-commerce teams to implement promotions and campaigns.
Requirements:
Strong spoken and written English skills are mandatory.
Proven experience in e-commerce will be a positive edge.
Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to commute/re-locate to Zirakpur, Punjab reliably.
Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho will be a plus.
