Role :
The Team Lead Operations will oversee and manage a team within the BPO Operations, specifically focusing on the Seattle_Internal process. This role requires effective team management, attrition management, and the ability to produce daily reports. The Team Lead will also be responsible for preparing Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBR and MBR) within the E-Commerce domain.

Shifts timings: Flexible shifts, rotating day and night, 5 days working
