Flavorarc Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a growing food industry-based company dedicated to delivering high-quality food products with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as Customer Support cum Admin.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Provide prompt, professional, and efficient support to customers, resolving issues effectively.

Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.

Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documentation, and handling correspondence.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Manage office-related administrative activities and support day-to-day operations.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support and/or administrative roles (preferably in the food industry or related sectors).

Languages Preferred: Malayalam & English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.

Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
