Customer Service Coordinator - Logistics & Freight ForwardingKey Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner.
Provide full support on shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, sales) for smooth service delivery.
Assist with sales leads and client follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and shipment details.
Help clients with documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Build strong client relationships and resolve issues promptly.
Escalate priority concerns and ensure follow-up until resolution.
Requirements:
Strong communication in
English
; knowledge of
Tamil and Hindi
is a plus.
Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Customer-first attitude and multitasking ability.
Minimum 6 Months of experience in logistics/freight forwarding is preferred.
Minimum qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
