Customer Service Coordinator
to ensure a seamless experience for our domestic and international learners, guiding them through a smooth and supportive learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student queries and provide guidance throughout the process.
Moderate live and online classes, ensuring smooth delivery.
Audit classes by staying attentive and reporting any issues to the management.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, academic, tech support) to resolve escalations.
Ensure a positive customer experience with timely responses.
Track customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred; additional languages a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Prior customer service or tele-calling experience is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
