We are looking for a Service Coordinator who can closely monitor service tickets and ensure all issues are resolved within the agreed SLA. The role requires strong coordination skills, ownership of tickets, and continuous follow-up with engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively track and manage service tickets from opening to closure
Ensure all service calls are closed within agreed SLA timelines
Coordinate and align field engineers for timely issue resolution
Follow up regularly with engineers and internal teams on pending tickets
Escalate delays or risks that may impact SLA commitments
Maintain accurate service records and closure updates
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective coordination
Required Skills:
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good understanding of SLA and service delivery timelines
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
