Responsibilities



The responsibilities encompass a blend of customer service and basic accounting duties:

Register & verify customer's Warranty and insurance claims Educate customer on making a claim and the processes involved Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim Analyse a claim & documents to establish whether it satisfies policy conditions Guide the customer on how to proceed with the claim Coordinate with the customer / policyholder and the service centres, and accounting departments Keep an eye on potentially fraudulent claims Ensure the customer is treated fairly and that the customer receives excellent service Recording and tracking financial transactions related to claims

Candidate Profile:



Candidates should have

2+ years

of prior experience in a similar profile with knowledge of repair / service centre processes. Preferably a B.Com but any Graduation or a Diploma is a must Must be fluent in

Kannada, , Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, English and Hindi

communication; both writing and speaking

We specialise in providing Pan India Services for Extended Warranty, Mobile Insurance, Installation, Warranty and related services for Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances, Mobile Phones, Classroom Solutions, Interactive Flat panel Displays, Digital Kisos, Signages, AV solutions IT, Office Automation and other products.

We have state-of-the-art service operations, accounts and billing software for end-to-end claims management.

To strengthen the team, we are hiring Customer Service Coordinators / Claims Executives.

About the role:



This multifaceted position demands adept customer service skills for managing claims from initial registration through to settlement. Additionally, it requires basic accounting proficiency to handle financial aspects related to claims processing. The incumbent will assess claim validity, ensure fair treatment of customers, and safeguard against fraudulent activities, while also managing financial transactions associated with claims. Candidates with a background in both customer service and basic accounting principles are encouraged to apply.

Working hours



Office hours - 9AM to 6PM,

Monday to Saturday;

extended working hours required

Rs.3.00 - 4.00 LPA CTC
