Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the
Customer Service Field Team / Support Technicians
for timely service delivery.
Attend
customer calls and complaints
in a professional and efficient manner.
Coordinate with
clients, production, sales & marketing, billing, store & dispatch teams,
and
management
for smooth operations.
Monitor Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) devices
proactively through dashboards, MIS, and web applications.
Plan and schedule
new installations
and
maintenance
for faulty devices.
Ensure effective implementation of
installation and maintenance plans
.
Lead and motivate
onsite and offsite customer support teams
to achieve service objectives.
Conduct
customer training sessions
on VTS front-end operations and report generation.
Perform
GPS data analysis
and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and arrange
billing data
for submission to the billing department.
Maintain and regularly update all relevant
information systems and service records
.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years and up to 7 years of experience in
Excellent coordination and multitasking ability
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Analytical and data-driven approach
Customer-focused with service excellence mindset
