Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with sales, stores, and operations for smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in relevant field.
1-3 years' experience in service coordination/after-sales support (preferred in generator/power industry).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/CRM tools.
