Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Service Level Coordinator to manage and resolve printer-related issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle service calls, manage printer usage, ensure regular maintenance, and maintain inventory. This role requires prior experience in handling printer hardware and software issues, as well as knowledge of networking and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:



Call Handling:

Respond to and resolve calls related to printer issues. Ensure that all service calls are closed within established timelines. Monitor and track the status of calls to ensure timely resolution.

Printer Management:

Oversee the usage of printers and proactively plan for regular maintenance. Ensure optimal performance and availability of all printers.

Coordination:

Arrange for printer engineers to handle service calls as required. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for additional support.

Qualifications:



Prior experience in handling printer-related issues on both hardware and software levels. Knowledge of networking and operating systems. Proven experience in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
