About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident
Customer Service Executive (Female)
with strong communication skills and prior experience in the
apparel industry
. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, coordinate for business generation, and manage the company's social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and clients to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements efficiently.
Maintain and grow client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Create, manage, and update the company's
social media accounts
(Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Support the management team in day-to-day business operations.

Experience:
Minimum
5 years
in
Customer Service / Client Coordination
, preferably in the
Apparel Industry
Excellent
communication skills
and
command over English
(spoken & written)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in using social media platforms for business promotion
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience and industry standards
