Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, renewals, surveys, or promotional campaigns. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally and empathetically. Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience. Stay up to date on product knowledge, policy updates, and system changes. Follow communication scripts and comply with company standards and guidelines.
