We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally.
2. Schedule day to day service for Executive Technicians.
3.Maintain accurate customer records and manage CRM updates.
4. Address and resolve customer complaints and follow up on outstanding issues.
5. Generate reports related to customer feedback and service metrics.
6. Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam and Hindi
4. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
6. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
