GoReccie is seeking a dynamic

Customer Service Coordinator

to be the bridge between our users, vendors, and creative team. If you love connecting with people, managing relationships, and ensuring clients have a smooth experience, this role is for you!

In this role, you'll handle user enquiries and follow-ups, maintain strong vendor and client relationships, and gather reviews and testimonials to showcase our work. You'll also coordinate with past clients to ensure they remain engaged with the GoReccie community.

We're looking for excellent communicators who thrive in client-facing roles and can manage multiple conversations with ease. Prior experience in customer service or account management is an advantage.

This is a

full-time, in-office role in Bangalore.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
