to handle customer communications and service coordination for our Fire, Security, and Surveillance systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing service requests, updating clients, and supporting the technical team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from customers regarding service issues or complaints
Register complaints and service requests in the system accurately
Coordinate with engineers to schedule site visits and service activities
Provide customers with job status updates and ensure timely resolution
Maintain service records, customer data, AMC schedules, and documentation
Share service reports and follow up for customer feedback and satisfaction
Handle escalations and ensure high-quality customer experience
Send AMC renewal reminders and basic follow-ups for documentation or payment
Assist in preparing MIS reports and summaries when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma holder (any stream)
1+ year of experience in customer service or service coordination (preferred from Fire & Security or technical service industry)
Excellent communication in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Good coordination skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude
