Minimum 2-3 years in a biomedical equipment company in a service coordination role.
Job Timings :- 9 am to 5:30 pm
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the field service engineers' team efficiently
Monitor and ensure timely execution of AMC/CAMC (Annual / Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts)
Follow up with customers for service renewals, pending payments, and feedback
Handle installation scheduling and ensure proper documentation
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain service records and generate regular performance reports
Support service team operations to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of biomedical equipment servicing processes is a must
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach
