Handle customer queries and issues via email, chat, and ticketing systems (no calling involved). Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers in a timely manner. Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous support. Meet process targets for response time, accuracy, and quality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
