Monitoring customer interactions, analyzing data for trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborating with Teams:
Working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintaining Accurate Records:
Keeping records of customer interactions and using CRM and helpdesk software.
Building Rapport:
Establishing a positive relationship with clients and customers, both in person and via phone.
Having Knowldge in handling Multilevel Softwares and Applications.
Scheduling Surveys and organizing.
