Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, returns, refunds, and shipping
Communicate clearly with a fluent, neutral/UK-accented voice suitable for UK & European audiences
Ensure adherence to company policies, including Amazon marketplace policies where applicable
Escalate complex cases to senior teams and ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
Strive for high customer satisfaction scores and meet performance KPIs
Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken English and a confident accent
Prior experience in
voice process customer support
(preferably in e-commerce or marketplace operations)
Familiarity with Amazon Customer Service processes is a strong advantage
Ability to handle call volumes with patience and empathy
Problem-solving attitude with good listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM tools
