Openings in Tech Mahindra for Email process(Airoli location)

Fresher or Min 1 yr experience in customer service in voice process

Shift time:

Male - 8am to 9pm(any 10hrs)

Female 8am to 8pm(any 10hrs)

5 days working, 2 rotational week offs(1 week off in training)

Job role

Resolve queries and complaints of customers over Emails

Qualification

Graduation is mandatory

Salary:

0 to 11 months exp CTC 2,71,000- In hand 20.8k

12 months + exp: CTC 3,15,000 in hand 24.2k
